for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information, and your rights over that
information and your ability to selectively opt out.

● Browsing history, search history, information on an individual’s interactions with the Site.

location to Soloist when you use Soloist’s mobile applications.

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the
time of registering to use portions of our Website, subscribing to our service, requesting further services,
or contacting us. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website.
Device Information. We may collection information from and about the devices you use. For example,
we may collect: (1) information about your hardware or software, such as the hardware model, operating
system version, device memory, advertising identifiers, unique application identifiers, apps installed,
unique device identifiers, browser type, language, battery level, and time zone; (2) information from
device sensors, such as microphones, whether or not you have headphones connected, accelerometers,
gyroscopes, and compasses; and (3) information about your wireless and mobile network connections,
such as mobile phone number, serve provider, IP address, and signal strength.

impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you
may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User
Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Web Beacons
Pages of our Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also
referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Soloist, for example, to count users
who have visited those pages, opened an email, or other related website statistics.


HTTP Cookies
A HTTP cookie is an identifier that a website transfers to the user’s computer or mobile device and that is
stored in the user’s web browser. Soloist uses cookies to identify the user and enhance the user
experience, and also to understand the way in which the website is used. If you object to Soloist’s use of
cookies, look to your browser’s help feature for information about how to disable or clear cookies.


Google Firebase
Soloist uses Google Firebase as a tool to build, deploy, and scale Soloist. Google Firebase is used to
authenticate users, store and sync data in real time, send messages to users’ dives, track and fix crashes
in apps, and track the performance of the Soloist app.
Google Firebase is a global web hosting content delivery network that delivers static content using
services that are close to you by proxying the request and response to and from the platform when writing
HHTP type functions. Firebase also caches the responses.


Google Analytics
Soloist also uses Google Analytics as a tool for tracking and analyzing its web traffic. Google Analytics
runs on Soloist’s server and uses a combination of first-party cookies and JavaScript code to compile
information that is synthesized into reports about page visits, referring sites, user habits, and the like.
Google is not provided access to any user information other than IP addresses.
Google has created an “Opt-out Browser Add-on” for users who wish to use websites while preventing
their data from being accessed or used by Google Analytics. If you want to opt out of the features on

How does Soloist use the Information it Collects?
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data:

● To provide you with notices about your account.

● To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into

● When you save a search, Soloist may periodically alert you to events matching your search

display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your

future communications.


Does Soloist Share the Data it Receives?
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any
individual, without restriction.
We may disclose Personal Data that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Notice:
● To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
● To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business,
including our payment processor.
● To our subscribing presenters and partners, including, but not limited to, venues, promoters, and
artists.

dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Soloist’s assets, whether as a going concern
or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by
Soloist about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
● To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these

● To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you use a Soloist web form to
contact us, any information you place in the web form will be visible to us.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data you provide to us. We have created
mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Promotional Offers from Soloist. When you create an account on the Website, you have the option to
opt-in to promotional offers from Soloist. If you decide that you do not want to have your email
address/contact information used by Soloist to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by
using the UNSUBSCRIBE feature in the email you receive from Soloist, which will remove you from future
email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Soloist as a result of a
purchase, or ativity on the Website.


We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising.
However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected
or used in this way.


Data Protection Rights. We would like to make sure you are fully aware of your data protection rights.
Every user is entitled to the following:

● The Right to Data Portability - You have the right to request that Soloist transfers the data that we

Soloist stores data, including Personal Data, on cloud-based servers within the United States. If you live

be stored within the United States.

indicating the effective date of the revised Privacy Notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you
of any material changes to this Privacy Notice via email or any messaging feature we may implement in
